This semester, i had a subject call Investment. Actually for this subject, we need to make a seminar but due to some personal reason, the lecturer change it to a business project. Each group consist of 25 members. For our business project group, we were divided to 3 group where each group is selling different things. 1 group will be doin hotdog bun and the other one will be doing ice blended. In this small group which consist of Me, jane and kelvin decided to make jelly as our business because the cost is low and ppl like eating jelly. So a day before we started selling, we bought all the required stuff and went to kelvin house to make our jelly...Here's he ingredient for making the jelly...
(Sugar)
(Jelly Powder)
(Pineapple cube)
(Nata De Coco)
(Pandan Leaf)And here's how we cook it.....
1) Put in some water in the pot (I forgot how much water =P)
2) Pour in the sugar
3) Put in the jelly powder.
4) Throw in the pandan leaf.
5) Stir till it boils.
6) Once boil, put it in desired container.
7) Once in desired container, put in the nata de coco or pineapple or both.
8) Put it in ther fridge after a while.
SO thats it the instruction for making out jelly. We had fun making it and also selling. Although there is some part where we are not satisfied but still the business project is a success and everyone is happy...cheers
